WHAT IS A COACH?

As your Coach, my purpose is to empower you on your journey of personal growth and fulfillment. Through insightful conversations and guided self-reflection, I help you explore your values, goals, and challenges. Together, we work to identify and overcome obstacles, develop effective strategies for personal development, and create a clear vision for a more purposeful and satisfying life. Whether navigating a career transition, enhancing relationships, or pursuing overall well-being, I provide support and guidance to help you unlock your true potential and achieve the life you desire.

WHO IS COACHING FOR?

If you’re reading this, my guess is that you have some challenge or obstacle you’re looking to move through. Maybe you’ve burned out? You’re questioning your career path? Lacking energy and motivation to move forward? Or just feeling lost and can’t seem to find any direction? As your coach, my job is to support you in moving from where you are, to where you want to go by getting clear on the path forward and taking small steps to get there.

HOW OFTEN DO WE MEET?

We will meet 3 times per month. The first session of the program we will have a 1.5-2 hour discovery call to gain an understanding of your present situation. We will dive deep into the areas in life that are lacking fulfillment. From this initial session, we will begin mapping out goals for our work together. The following sessions will be 1 hour in which we work through challenges and collaborate strategies to move forward towards your goals. You will have full access to me through voice notes and text in between sessions.

HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM?

My coaching programs are 3-6 month long commitments depending on the needs of the individual.
