WHAT IS A LEADERSHIP COACH?

As your leadership coach, my primary goal is to empower you or your employee to unlock their full leadership potential. In today's rapidly evolving landscape, marked by increasing complexity and relentless competition, agility is paramount. Navigating this environment requires a continuous evolution of the mind, both for the leader and for their teams to thrive under their guidance.

In my leadership program, we'll embark on a development journey, starting with a comprehensive 360-degree assessment using the Leadership Circle Profile. This assessment will provide invaluable insights that will serve as the foundation for the coaching. Armed with this data, we'll work together to identify and leverage the leaders strengths while addressing any limitations, empowering them to embody the effective leader they aspire to be.

HOW OFTEN DO WE MEET?

We will meet 3 times per month. The first session of the program we will have a 1.5 debrief of your Leadership Circle Profile. The following sessions will be 1 hour in which we work through challenges and collaborate strategies to move forward towards your goals as a leader. You will have full access to me through voice notes and text in between sessions.

HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM?

My coaching programs are 4-6 month long commitments depending on the needs of the individual.
